  Rooms aren't as pictured but everything was nice and clean. Outside looks as little rough but once settled in the room it's nice. Within walking distance to amore donuts which is amazing. But far enough from main strip. Would stay here again I saw no rats or bugs.
  
  If your tall be aware the shower head will be at shoulder level. But all in all it was a nice inexpensive place to stay.

  Terrible. Sink leaked all over our living room, soaked in the door and I had to pay for it. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. You would be better off spending a little more money to get a place where you know you won’t have to spend another 300$ because of a water problem.
