  Nice and clean facility, but the service was far below average. Our room key did not work twice and neither of the staff members apologized for having us come back to the front desk so they could do their job right the 2nd time. They were always out of towels. We asked both days during our stay and were told the cleaning staff does not start washing until after 10 so there wasn't even one clean towel available. TV remote didn't work. Our room was not cleaned for us even after calling the front desk. We were told they would look into it, and no one ever came. One of the worse hotel experiences we've had. These were small issues that could've been resolved but the staff did not agree !
