  1. No signs on how to get to rental location.
  2. 15 minute walk down to the rental location (after you park via valet or employee parking).
  3. No employees present upon arrival so we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help us.
  4. Horrible customer service from Dale.
  5. Only allowed to go between 2 triangle markers totaling 1 mile.
  6. Jet ski went less than 30 mph even at full throttle (my speedometer was broken but that was per other people in my group).
  
  Overall I would NOT recommend this place as I have never had a worse experience. I would pay more money to have a better experience. I should add that it was so bad that we asked for a refund of half our money and Dale would not offer it. This place needs new employees and better rental equipment.
