  Good food and service. Our first time at TGI Fridays; we're not big on chains. We had lunch at noon time, and there were only a few other customers. Anyway, we both ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were cooked exactly as ordered, they were delightfully juicy, and the cheddar cheese very tasty. The fries were nothing special, but they were very hot (we hate fries which obviously sat long under a heat lamp before being served). I don't know what this place is like for dinner, but it's great for lunch, and we'll be back!

  Great atmosphere and the service was excellent but the steak was undercooked. Ordered new York strip and it was over done, tough, and on a bone. The brussel sprouts and broccoli was raw. Sent steak back and ordered sirloin. Manager watched me cut into it and was raw. Sent back and came back still undercooked. Waiter was good and manager was nice. Order shrimp with bacon and you will be happy.
