  I can't speak more highly about Quincy's. After going round and round with my home warranty company and their unprofessional crew that they sent out to repair my dead AC unit, I called Quincy's at 3:30 on Tuesday afternoon. The young woman that I spoke with (I forgot her name) was very nice and understood our situation; we had been without AC for 6 days! She had a very professional technician (his name was Kris, ) at our house by 4:30! Kris explained our options and at 8:00 the very next morning (the time they promised), Jessie & Adam arrived to install our new unit; they did an excellent job and we had a cool house by 5:00; 24 hours from diagnosis to completed fix, pretty amazing! In a time where great customer service is not usually the norm, all the folks at Quincy's all seem to "get it". Thank you Keith and the entire Quincy's team for a job very well done.

  Kris is absolutely great! How wonderful to meet a honest businessman after being in business in PCB for 3 years! So professional and honest. I would rate this company 10 stars just based on our experience with Kris. Thank you, Quincy's from Jesse's Place!
