  I called and spoke to someone and was told that doctor Gilmore is only here on Tuesdays. I did this on May 3rd they scheduled me an appointment on a Tuesday May 15th at 3.pm.
  I got out of work early, had my primary doctor send the referral paperwork over. They told me that paperwork was confirmed on May 9th that it was received by dr. Gilmore's staff.
  So when I got here today I'm not in their system, they don't have the referral, they're an hour behind and they can't fit me in. Worst experience ever I might send them a bill for my wasted time!
  I will go somewhere else.
