  What a terrible experience. I booked an accessible room here for Spring Break. The room was on the fourth floor which was not a big deal.. except that the elevator wasn't working every day of our stay and the hotel was completely booked. Making It nearly impossible to come and go as we pleased. The sofa had lots of stained and was filthy to the touch. We had to cover it with a sheet just to sit on it. We also had to request cleaning supplies for the bathroom. The room was never cleaned while we were there. The trash was never taken out we had to do it ourselves At booking we saw waffles being made. The kids will love that I thought.. Unfortunately the waffle maker also wasn't working either day of our stay. The food that was available ran out quickly and then we were told that the hotel was waiting for a supply truck.. that never came. How is this ok? Every hotel knows when Spring Break comes so will families. So everything should have been stocked. Nevertheless One day I witnessed a front desk employee "Trevor" telling a one year old to be quiet. How rude? The manager on duty at the time attempted to explain this away by saying "he doesn't have kids, so he doesn't understand" ..Wow! It is obvious to me after my stay here that this Wyndham is not a family hotel nor is it accessible. If you have a choice choose another hotel.
