  I've had a contract with this company for years, and have always paid in a timely fashion. One would think that this would merit decent treatment from a company...
  
  I called Century 21's answering service on Friday as well as Sunday. The answering service was overwhelmingly rude, standoffish, and did not pass along the message I left. Unaware that we were being neglected by the answering service and assuming that we could certainly trust them to do their jobs, my wife and I did not call Monday. A call Tuesday produced a show from pest control Wednesday. Whatever was done inside did nothing to produce any noticeable effect. It is now Thursday, and I haven't had a decent night's sleep in a full week cycle. I've woken up with ants biting me every night. Sometimes in the worst of places.
  
  My couch is my safest possible sleeping zone, and even that's not full proof. My kitchen is a disaster area that has to be cleaned nearly fifteen times in a day due to the insane amount of ants crawling out of the electrical sockets. To boot, I was told that pest control was our problem this morning. Considering the issue is outside of the apartment, it is their responsibility by contract and law. When told this, Wendy nonchalantly replied that she'd tell someone in an hour. I called back asking for a corporate number and was told that Century 21's are individually owned. After further prompting I was told I'd receive a return call with further information. While I understand that is hard to know everything about a business for an employee, there is no possible way that Wendy hasn't had this question before. The customer service at this business is as bad as a DMV in a large city.
  
  I was just bitten by another ant, and I find it hard not to believe that the Century 21 employees would not enjoy reading that - should they bother with ever reading these- which I highly doubt (they seem highly vindictive). These are not the first issues we've had renting from this company. This is unfortunately common. I'm not sure why I keep expecting for Century 21 to take care of its customers. Maybe my amygdala isn't working properly.

  I have been doing business with Century 21 Ryan Realty for the past 5 years. They not only have manage my property, but also have rented property from them when needed. All the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful at any time. Natalie, James, and Lauren are a complete team. Their communication and answer are timely, and their recommendation have been spot on. Highly recommend Century 21 Ryan Realty.
